I chose this hotel for attending a synod and the approachable conference team provided the perfect offer for my function. Atura Dandenong is conveniently located near corporate and business park precincts. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I would have appreciated a business center or dedicated workspace for work-related tasks.

We had a great stay at Atura in Pakenham! Our room was clean and functional, meeting our basic needs. The location was perfect for our activities, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing food selection for breakfast. The staff delivered a quiet room as requested, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here!

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a good area and easy to find. It was tucked away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful and safe atmosphere. The lobby had a stylish layout and the reception staff, particularly Richard, greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome. Our deluxe suite was absolutely beautiful, featuring modern and comfortable furnishings. The room had large windows that provided a lovely suburban view. The hotel was spotless, both inside and out, and the staff were attentive and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the reduced menu available, as the food was delicious. this place offers a different take on a hotel experience and we highly recommend it.

We had Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony, all the facilities, clean towels or linen, which was important.

Reasonably spacious and functional room, a hairdryer, shower caps and bath sheets in the room. Favourable location by a great shopping centre and welcoming staff.

Its location is handy & perfect, so close to shops and restaurants, Melbourne, and supermarket. The staff are top-class and the room was beautifully presented and well-appointed for clean towels or linen. Good service and the food is good.

The hotel is set in a great location near to a great shopping centre. The deluxe room is new-fashioned and has a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities. Overall a newly remodelled and modern property, I will be back.

Fantastic interconnecting rooms for families. The two single beds pushed together were so comfortable. The bath in the king room was a great bonus. Breakfast included but could be improved. I highly recommend this hotel.

As my mother paid for the room and she lives in another state it was painful to pay for the room via credit card they would not just take the number over the phone it was such a pain.
